A PPT holds the land and farm permanently for a mission rather than for individual owners.

• Stewardship is shared, with governance roles for farmers, partners, and community representatives.

• Profits are reinvested into the land, the people who care for it, and the community it serves.

• The mission endures across generations—protecting this work beyond any single owner or organization.

A PPT makes the farm purpose-owned, not privately owned, securing a future where regeneration and community benefit remain non-negotiable.
